I’m working hard on my new lion drawing every day. This is it’s progress after 75 hours of work.

I just started a new lion drawing.

I have finally finished my lion drawing. It took me over 100 hours, I lost count after that. The original is sold already too, but there are prints, cards, and pillows available of the drawing on Fine Art America

I just love lions and I’m having lots of fun with this drawing.

I always find it incredibly difficult to ask for help, I always prefer to give it instead. But in my situation I’ve tried everything and I realize that asking for help is the only solution.

Dental Care for Autistic Savant

I have started a new drawing. For quite a while now I really wanted to draw a lion. Now I finally started with one.

While I was working on the tree drawing which I just finished, my little feathered friend kept me company the whole time. He always likes to sleep in my hand. It’s of course not that handy to only have one hand free with drawing, but his warm company and the feeling of his tiny heart beating in my hand is totally worth it.

I just finished my new tree pen drawing. I did the leaves in coloured pencil. This was a bit scary for me since this was quite new for me. But I’m happy with how it turned out. I personally like the contrast of the bark with pen and the green leaves.

I’m working on my tree pen drawing again. I have put quite a lot of hours in it already. When I’m finished with the bark I’m going to do the leaves with a green coloured pencil.

Here’s a koala halloween card I made a few years ago

Because of my autism it’s hard not to get lost in too many details. I can work on a drawing like this for 40 hours but also 90 hours or even more. I always need to take a step back and see what gives the best result.

Here’s my sweet little feathered friend sleeping in my hand again, while I’m working on my tree pen drawing.

The children’s book ‘A Very Kind Caterpillar’ that I have been making the illustrations for has been printed. The book is bilingual, English and French. Let me know if you are interested in a copy of the book.

For quite a while now I have been working on the illustrations for a children’s book called ‘A Very Kind Caterpillar’ written by Valerie Desroches. The book will be published very soon. Here you can see the front cover illustration I made.

I have entered a contest on Fine Art America with my latest elephant pencil drawing. There are not really any prices besides the fact that when I win, my drawing will show up higher in the search results which may lead to more sales, and more donations to Chengeta Wildlife, an organization that fights against poaching of African wildlife.

I finished my elephant drawing. The drawing took me in total around 70 hours. I had to get it scanned at a professional printing company since my own scanner is too small.

I’m going to donate 25% of the proceeds of the original drawing and also of the prints to Chengeta Wildlife. An organization that fights against the poaching of wildlife in Africa.

Making progress with my elephant drawing. Working on the lower parts now. When this is finished I’m going to go over the whole elephant globally to add shadow here and there to create more contrast.
